Our stay was overall pleasant, with a few aspects particularly noteworthy. we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were always friendly and accommodating. the apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.
The location was slightly inconvenient for us, as it was a bit further from the city center than we expected. Although the nearest subway station was only a 10-minute walk away, it still took some effort to get to the more touristy areas.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable by providing extra blankets and pillows. the location of the hotel was great, being in close proximity to public transportation and several highly-rated restaurants. Lastly, wifi access was superb throughout the duration of my stay.
There were a few things that were a bit problematic during my stay. First and foremost, the bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, with the nearest subway station just a short walk away. We enjoyed staying in a quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff was friendly and available 24/7. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast that we could have delivered to our room or enjoyed at a nearby café.
We were disappointed that the advertised apartment for 4 people only had a sofa that we had to convert into a bed without any pull-out abilities. It made for an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement, especially with the thin blankets we found in the closet.
